Kathy has done an excellent job working with our accounting group to implement our Enertia Software. If you use Enertia, Kathy may be the best resource available. She has extensive experience with Enertia having worked for the software company for several years. I definitely consider her to be an Enertia Expert. Additionally, Kathy is a pleasure to work with.

Encino was very lucky to come across Kathy and her team. During a recent acquisition of wells, we turned to Kathy to help us manage the Enertia implementation of the converted data from the seller's system. With her help, we were able to tackle hurdles that would have otherwise delayed our go-live date. Kathy and her team are absolutely amazing to work with. After a long implementation with the team at Enertia, we found that we were still lacking a lot of set up items that we needed in order to effectively use the system. We reached out to Kathy’s team as we had heard many good things about them and as we knew they had extensive Enertia expertise. The team was able to immediately jump in and fix some of our basic issues. We also worked with them on a number of small projects for processes that we wanted to utilize within the system, but didn’t know how to use or set up. The Sagacity team, in particular Ben, has done an amazing job at Ranger last 6 months helping us streamline several processes in Enertia resulting from a series of acquisitions. He is very knowledgeable with Enertia and extended that expertise by helping us create Power BI query reports that we used to accelerate our monthly close process in Revenue Accounting. Ben is a very effective teacher and provided excellent training to new employees in a very clear, easy to follow and patient manner. Ben produced very good process flows and training documentation for us to refer on. He is proven to be very versatile as well as he helped troubleshoot areas in AP, Production and Joint Venture Accounting after he completed his initial assignment in Revenue Accounting. He is very responsible and accessible and kept our team informed timely with feedback on how to proceed when we were confronted with problems.
