During her tenure at Sagacity, she has specialized in transition project management from Enertia to SAP, business process analysis and testing, end user and help desk services, role-based security, desk and user maintenance for personnel alterations and additions, user acceptance testing as needed for enhancements or Enertia version upgrades, creation of Enertia Software user training documentation specific to each client utilization and needs, data setup, data cleansing and validation.
